Services
Each approach is chosen with you, and explained before it begins. Faith is part of it only if you want it to be.
Depth-oriented therapy
Conversation about the patterns beneath how you feel and relate: memory, relationships, dreams if you bring them, and the week you just had.
Who it helps: adults who want to understand long-running patterns
Method: depth-oriented therapy, named with your clinician's training before you start
What it is not: a diagnosis, a promise of an outcome or a replacement for medical care
Pace: set with your clinician, with no number of sessions promised

Faith in therapy
For people who want faith in the work, and for people who don't. If you want prayer, scripture or your church's language in sessions, Reyna follows your lead. If you don't, sessions stay entirely secular.
Who it helps: adults whose beliefs matter to them, whatever those beliefs are
Sessions: you decide whether faith comes up, and you can change your mind
What it is not: spiritual direction, pastoral care or religious teaching
Pace: yours, with no number of sessions promised

Trauma-informed, body-aware work
For adults carrying something hard from the past, or stress that lives in the body. Sessions go slowly, start with what helps you feel steady, and you can pause at any point.
Who it helps: adults who want a slow start and a say in every step
Method: grounding, breath and body awareness; any specialized method is named with its training first
What it is not: retelling everything, or a quick fix
Pace: set with your clinician, and always open to change

Grief and loss
For adults living with a death or another loss, new or old. Sessions make room for the whole range: anger, tenderness, confusion and silence.
Who it helps: adults grieving a person, a relationship, a place or a way of life
Sessions: unhurried, with room for whatever the week brought
What it is not: a plan to get over it by a certain date
Pace: yours, with no number of sessions promised

Contemplative and mindfulness-based work
Meditation, breathwork and reflective practice, folded into therapy if you want them. Prayer can be one of those practices, or none of them.
Who it helps: adults who already practice, or want to learn to pause
Method: mindfulness and compassion-focused practices, taught step by step
What it is not: a meditation class or a replacement for therapy
Pace: a few minutes in a session, or none, as you choose
