Reyna Montoya
Licensed marriage and family therapist
Faith is optional here, and other beliefs are welcome.
I work with adults, one at a time, on the questions that don't fit in a short appointment: loss, belonging, faith, and the patterns that repeat. My sessions draw on depth-oriented therapy, body awareness and contemplative practice, and I explain each approach before we use it.
If prayer or scripture is part of how you cope, it is welcome in the room. If it isn't, or you hold another belief or none, that is just as welcome. I don't bring my own beliefs into your therapy, and you can change the pace or stop at any time.

How Reyna works
Healing is rarely a straight line. We return to what matters, each time with a little more understanding.

Pain carries information
Your pain is not a mistake. It often points to something that needs attention.

The body is in the room
What you feel in your body is part of the conversation, and you decide how much to explore.

The relationship matters
How you and your clinician work together is part of the work, so we check in on it often.
