Introduction
Hallow Therapy ("we" or "us") keeps your information private. This policy explains what this website collects, how it is used and what we do not do.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your preferred way and time to be reached, and the message you write. Please do not include medical details in a message.
How we use it
- Reply to your message
- Suggest a time for a first session
- Send you fees and forms in writing
- Meet our legal obligations
What this website does not do
This website has no analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or embedded scheduler. It does not track you across other sites. Our web host may keep ordinary server logs for a short time to keep the site running.
Your records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. At your first session, your clinician explains the legal limits to confidentiality before you share anything. Intake forms live on our own portal, not on this website.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, such as crisis lines and your plan's pages. We do not control their privacy practices.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete your message, where the law allows
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with an updated date.
